Escape on a five-day reading vacation filled with immersive relaxation in an international luxury villa, manor, or even a castle. Whether you're traveling solo, with a friend, or bringing your entire book club, our retreats are designed to help you unwind, explore stunning destinations, and finally make a dent in your TBR list.
Our retreats are ideal for solo female travelers (most attendees travel solo), making it a wonderful way to meet like-minded women and build meaningful connections through group travel.
Slow travel is all about immersing yourself deeply in one destination rather than rushing through multiple locations. It’s about savoring experiences, engaging with local culture, and allowing space for spontaneous adventure.

Similar to our Reading Retreats, Slow Travel Retreats last 5-8 days in an international luxury villa or manor. But instead of dedicated “reading” time, we have flexible schedules so you can do what you want exactly when you want to do it. Optional activities will be planned each day, like hiking, kayaking, beach days, or wine tastings. Plus, you can customize your own adventure by exploring solo or bringing new friends along for additional outings.
Slow Travel Retreats offer the perfect balance of independent travel with the camaraderie of a group travel experience. You’re able to travel solo, but never alone.
