For the Women Who Aren’t Quite Ready to Go Home
Santorini may be where we slow down. Athens is where we lean in.

Join us September 9-13, 2026 for our Athens Side Quest. It is is a five-day, small-group extension immediately following the Santorini Slow Travel Retreat. It is designed for the women who want a few more days of exploration, conversation, history, and really good food before flying home.

This is not a villa retreat. This is city energy.
It is thoughtful. It is hosted. It is intentionally simple. And it is a completely different rhythm from the retreat.
The Energy of a Side Quest
Side Quests are intentionally more relaxed and independent than our retreats. There is no private chef or villa. There is no fully curated daily schedule.

Instead, you get:
-
A thoughtfully chosen hotel.
-
Restaurant dinners instead of catered meals.
-
Planned highlights with room to wander.
-
A host who is exploring alongside you.

You are welcome whether you attended the Santorini retreat or not. Some women will be continuing their journey. Others may join just for Athens.

It is a little more gritty. A little more urban. A little more adventurous.
And for many, that is exactly the point.

What We'll Do
Over four days, we will:
-
Tour the Acropolis and Parthenon with a local guide
-
Explore the Acropolis Museum
-
Wander the charming streets of Plaka
-
Climb through the whitewashed alleyways of Anafiotika
-
Watch the sun set over the city from Mount Lycabettus
-
Enjoy long dinners at neighborhood restaurants
There will be built-in structure and curated highlights, but this experience also leaves room for spontaneity. Want to shop? Museum hop? Sit at a café with a book? You’ll have time for that too.
Lunches are intentionally left open so you can explore at your own pace.

Location & Accommodation
We will stay in a centrally located 3.5–4 star hotel in Athens. The exact property will be confirmed closer to departure, but it will be clean, comfortable, walkable, and well-positioned for exploring the city on foot. You’ll have breakfast each morning at the hotel before heading out to explore.
